Demma bio

My name is Mr. Demma. I teach Physical Education and Health at SJA. I graduated from Ben Davis Evening School and earned my degree from Indiana University. I taught at St. Rita Catholic School, for ten years. For the last five years, I have worked between St. Joan of Arc and St. Phillip Neri.

This Year Our Theme Will Be Fitness !

Welcome back to SJA. This year our theme will be fitness. In both P.E. and Health our focus will be on becoming fit. In P.E. we are going to measure our growth, throughout the year. In Health we will focus on nutrition. Students will chart their diets to determine their nutritional intake. Students will learn what effects healthy foods have on their bodies. During the second and third quarters, be sure to ask your children what they learned in Health today. Let's get moving.
